- PT CNG launched CNG with a production capacity of 0.5 MMSCFD for industrial and public transportation purposes in Cikarang & Karawang.
- PT CNG built its first gas station to serve local public transportation in Cikarang, also supporting the government's "Blue Sky" air pollution mitigation program in collaboration with city transportation asking them to convert fuel to natural gas.

- PT CNG Hilir Raya expanded its business in Sumatra by building a Depot in Lampung to develop industry and retail markets in Sumatra.
- PT Citra Nusantara Energi built a Depot in Kediri in February 2021 to cover the retail and mini-customer industries.
